General Conditions
-In Spain you can drive a 125cc Moped/Motorbike when you have a car license longer than 3 years.
-Minimum age: 18 years (Motorbikes licenses A-1/A) or 21 years (Car license for at least 3 years).
-Helmets are free of charge. (maximum 2)
-No mileage restrictions.
-Clients must bring the 125cc vehicle back with a full tank.
-Flat tyres are not covered by our insurance.
-Free road assistance within 50 Km from the rental shop.
-The 125cc vehicles have third party insurance.
-The client has a maximum own risk on the 125cc vehicle when damaging it or in case of theft.
-Fines and parking Tickets will be charged afterwards on the credit card details we have.

Price includes the following:
-Full risk insurance with Excess (Franchise).
-2 drivers on the contract.
-Malaga airport service (collects and drop off).
-Baby seat, booster seat.
-Unlimited mileage over one week rental.

-Taxes.

*Excess can be cancelled contracting the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) that will cost from 6 to 12 euros per day depending on the category. Credit Card is obligatory for the guarantee (not valid: debit card or swift card). At present automatic cars are in the row or category H. Our fuel policy is that you will receive the car with a full tank and you have to return it with a full tank too. Rates and conditions are subject to changes without notice.
